Charlie Rua

Charlie Rua’s in-depth knowledge of the real estate business comes from growing up in a real estate-oriented family. From an early age he worked in the family real estate business and learning the mechanics of real estate sales, marketing development and construction. Charlie began working at his family’s projects in 1992, cleaning and carrying out other light tasks while getting a feel for development from the inside. He also began showing and giving potential buyers tours of his parents sites as well.

A graduate of Ransom Everglades School in Coconut Grove, he suspended his work at the family business for four years to earn a bachelor’s degree in business and advertising from the University of Florida (2002). While still in college, Charlie obtained a Florida real estate salesman’s license.
